Will Fair
Chairman

Will Fair is the chairman of Home Abstract and Title Company. He has led the 150-year-old company since 1984 and, under his direction, it has grown to provide a comprehensive array of real estate title insurance and closing services with three locations in Central Texas.

In addition to being a partner in numerous real estate holdings throughout Texas, Mr. Fair serves as a director for several companies.

He is a director of Independent Financial., (NASDAQ:IBTX), a community-focused commercial lending institution with 179 banking offices in Texas and Colorado. He serves as the chairman of the compensation committee for the McKinney, Texas-based corporation.

Additionally, Mr. Fair is a director with Capstone Title, a provider of commercial and real estate closing services in Austin, Texas .

Mr. Fair generously provides support to many community organizations and has served in several leadership roles. Currently, he serves on the Advisory Board for Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business. He and his family are active members of First Baptist Church Woodway.

As a fourth-generation graduate, Mr. Fair earned a BBA in real estate and economics from Baylor University in 1984. He and his wife, Carolyn, have two daughters, Mary Margaret and Georgia, and reside in McGregor, Texas. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys fly-fishing and snow skiing and has earned both his merchant mariner’s and pilot’s licenses.

David Busch
CEO/President

David Busch is the CEO/President of Home Abstract and Title Company – Waco, TX. Since its inception in 2013 David has also been the CFO and a Director of Capstone Title - Austin, Texas.

During his tenure in the Title Industry that spans over 30 years, David has strived to bring the best professionals in the industry together with the most innovative industry practices and technologies to provide the best customer experience.

When not working in the Title business, David is passionate about public education. He has served on the Lorena ISD Board of Trustees since 2014 and is currently the Vice-President of the Board. He is always looking for innovations in education that will give Lorena students that competitive edge they need to be successful beyond high school.

David earned a B.B.A in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Baylor University in 1993.

In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his wife Tisha, son Eric, and daughter Audrey. He is also an avid fisherman who loves being on the Texas Coast fishing whenever he can.

Bo Routh
Director

Bo Routh is a Director and one of the owners of Home Abstract and Title Company. He is the founder and President of RouthLaw PLLC. Bo is an experienced commercial real estate lawyer and represents clients in a broad range of complex real estate and business transactions.

He is one of the few attorneys in Texas who is triple board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in commercial real estate law, farm and ranch real estate law, and residential real estate law.

Bo has a law degree from Baylor Law School (J.D. 1996, summa cum laude, highest ranking graduate), and a bachelor's degree from Santa Clara University (B.S. Political Science 1992, cum laude).

Bo has lived in Central Texas for over 30 years. During that time, he has been actively involved in the community, including coaching youth baseball and serving as an elder, deacon, and life group leader at Harris Creek Baptist Church.
